Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who we are

Smart Life Blueprints ("we," "us," "our") publishes buying guides and comparisons at this website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide directly — your name and email address when you sign up for our newsletter or download a checklist, and any information you include when you contact us.
  • Purchase information — order status, product purchased, amount, currency, and the email associated with your Stripe checkout. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe and are not stored on this website.
  • Automatically collected information — standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city/region level), device and browser type, and on-site actions such as outbound affiliate-link clicks.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used for analytics and to remember basic preferences. See Section 5.

3. How we use your information

  • To deliver the lead magnet or content you requested.
  • To send the newsletter and related emails you've opted into, and to honor unsubscribe requests immediately.
  • To understand which content and guides are useful, so we can improve them.
  • To measure (in aggregate) which affiliate links are clicked, for revenue reporting — we do not sell this data.
  • To respond to questions or corrections submitted through our contact page.

4. Email consent and CASL

If you're located in Canada, our email program is designed to meet Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) requirements: we collect express consent at signup, record the date, time, source and IP address of that consent, identify ourselves clearly in every email, and include a functional one-click unsubscribe in every message. Consent records are kept as long as your subscription is active plus the period required to demonstrate compliance.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use analytics tooling (for example, a privacy-conscious analytics platform or Google Analytics 4) to understand site traffic and affiliate-click performance. Depending on your analytics configuration, this may set cookies or use similar local-storage technology. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them will not prevent you from using the site, but may limit personalization.

6. Affiliate links and third-party sites

Some links on this site are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure. When you click an affiliate link, the destination site's own privacy policy and cookie practices apply, not ours. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, third-party sites' data practices.

7. Data retention and security

We keep subscriber and contact data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a small publisher, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your rights and choices

  • Unsubscribe from any email at any time via the link in that email.
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us.
  • Opt out of analytics cookies via your browser or device settings.

9. Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction).

10. Changes to this policy

We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes materially, and post the revised version here.

11. Contact
